Welcome to KYBER, a service provided by Armchair Developers ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using KYBER, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use KYBER.

2. Intellectual Property

KYBER is an open-source project licensed under the GPLv3 license. Any derivative works must remain open-source and credit both Armchair Developers and KYBER. The Armchair Developers and KYBER brands, including logos and trademarks, may not be used, misrepresented, or attributed to works unaffiliated with the KYBER project without explicit permission.

KYBER is not affiliated with or endorsed by Electronic Arts (EA). All use of EA game content within KYBER complies with EA’s guidelines as outlined here. Specifically:

• Any use of EA’s intellectual property, including game assets, is for non-commercial purposes and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by EA.
• EA trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials remain the property of EA.
• KYBER does not modify EA’s original content in ways that violate their rights or misrepresent the game.
• Users must also adhere to EA’s policies when interacting with KYBER regarding EA’s intellectual property.

By using KYBER, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand the boundaries of acceptable use of EA’s intellectual property.

3. Limitation of Liability

KYBER is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
